Don, there's a paperback book in the "Games" section at Barnes & Noble called "American Casino Guide" by Steve Bourie... it's updated annually, so the 2005 edition is on bookshelves now... their website is listed as "www.americancasinoguide.com"... the book is a state by state listing of all licensed casinos, their addresses, map location, phone numbers, square footage of each casino, and the games offered... I've found it to be a good overview of current casinos in the U.S.
