I recieved this via a friend and wanted to pass this along to fellow members who work in a CASINO ! Have a great weekend everyone.

The Rules According to the Casino
1.. The Casino makes THE RULES.
2.. THE RULES are subject to change without notice.
3.. No employee can possibly know all THE RULES.
4.. If the Casino even remotely suspect that any employee knows all THE RULES, it must immediately change some of THE RULES.
5.. The Casino is NEVER wrong.
6.. If it appears the Casino is wrong, it is because of a flagrant misunderstanding caused by something an employee did or said wrong.
7.. If rule #6 applies, the employee must immediately apologize for causing the misunderstanding.
8.. The Casino can change its mind (and THE RULES) at any time.
9.. The employee must NEVER question the rules without express, written consent from the Casino.
10.. The Casino can and will write you up at any time.
11.. The employee must remain calm at all times, unless, the Casino wants him to be angry or upset.
12.. The Casino must, under no circumstances, let the employee know whether it wants him to be angry or upset.
13.. The employee is expected to understand and accept blindly whatever the Casino decides to do, no matter how strange it seems.
14.. What is important is what the Casino is not telling you, not what it is actually saying.
15.. If the employee doesn't abide by these RULES, it is because he is a troublemaker, a union organizer or came from a sub-species of monkey.
16.. If the Casino has new management, all the rules are null and void and the employees must cater to its every whim.
17.. Any attempt by an employee to document the rules could result in termination.
18.. If the employee, at any time, believes he is right, he must refer to rule #5.
