It appears that for all of the new upgrades at Jackpot Auctions, they still do not seem to have all of the bugs worked out:

Had three auctions closed several hours ago with no notifications to me, and this probably means no notifications to the winning bidder!

Sent several emails via their contact link and have yet to receive a reply.

Any one else having troubles or received any answers from them yet?
