Absolutely, 100% incorrect.

I have represented Chipco for over seven years now and I can tell you with 100% certainty that Chipco sells the exact same Pro-Tech chip to home game users as to casinos. Whether a casino buys them directly from Chipco or someone in the "public" buys Pro-Tech chips through ourselves or Debby Meister they are getting the exact same chip. There is absolutely no difference in quality or manufacturing process.
