CASINOS and they are all over and will sell you all kinds of chips, be sure to ask each cage if they have any older chips to sell or ones that they dont see often and you can sometimes buy gems at face value, remeber if they do scrape up some oldies tip them for their extra effort, a couple bucks maybe, if they find you some valuable chips I alway toke them about half the value and they tell me to come back later that nite and they will hunt for more!! That way we both win!!!
