John, Personal PayPal accounts (as opposed to Premier or Business PayPal accts) are not covered by the PayPal Buyer Protection Plan, so I don't think PayPal will take funds from the sellers Personal account if loss claim....... Can you cite any rules (URL would be nice) on the subject regarding Personal accts?
