PokerStars had signed a sponsorship deal with James Toney's management
company for sponsorship of Toney in his April 30 fight.

Unfortunately, there were restrictions in Toney's contract with the
fight promoter that prevented our sponsorship at the last minute.

We regret any confusion this may have caused, and thank you for your
