I knew they'd be worth something! When I was a kid, the ruby slippers from the Wizard of OZ came up for auction, I recommended my parents buy them as an investment (they went for $10k). They thought I was crazy, until 5 years ago they saw them trading for over $300K... I wonder what they are worth now???
