The problem is exactly that: you don't bother to explain anything. The one time you tried to explain why you gouged me $16.65 to send nine chips in one envelope with $1.29 postage was extremely arrogant: "Profit, pure and simple." Since then, you've refused to respond to any criticism at all.

> These bullies accomplish nothing other than
> intimidating potential new members from joining

That's obviously wrong. People who are considering trading with you are already in the hobby. We're just warning newer members against dealing with a con artist. You are a con artist, and you refuse to explain, apologize, or make good on your scams. New hobbyists whom you've swindled wish they were warned earlier. Understandably, it's a little hard to work up any sympathy for you because you're "intimidated".

Interesting comment: you refer to people who are tired of this "clique" (note the correct spelling), but you don't say whether they support you or the reasons why they might support you. How is it that you think that you've been wronged? The solution is simple: form your own chip message board and invite all of these intimidated "silent majority" people to participate. You'll find it'll be quite lonely over there.

You seem to completely misunderstand the situation. We're not interested in your successful trades. We're interested in what you plan to do about the unsuccessful trades where you've screwed over the people making the "negative comments."

Some of them have already said they will no longer trade with you because of your unwillingness to make good on your prior swindles. Others are doing nothing more than waiting for the "time bomb" of the inevitable "lost in the mail," "won't combine shipping," or "no higher quality chips available for the round-robin" low-level scams you're so fond of.

Is that some sort of indication of how honest or above-board you are as a person? I've got more than twice the number of chips you have; does that make me twice as honorable? The reason I'm at least twice as honorable as you is that I don't scam other people, regardless of the number of chips I've got.

All of whom, I imagine, are thrilled to have their names publicly associated with yours.

Can't help but notice that you no longer sell chips under your new eBay account, vic1243, which you used to replace your previous one, alpha1243, which began collecting negative feedbacks for your scams. Did you discover that people don't like to be ripped off?

At this point, it's hard to understand your intentional dishonesty. You began writing this post with an acknowledgment of all manner of "negative comments" about you. Those are all COMPLAINTS against you and your customer service, capability to deliver chips that never arrived, and dishonesty in participating in group trades. None of those issues were addressed, much less resolved. How can you possibly believe there was only one complaint?

Lovely. Why is it you don't feel you have to make good on the deal? Why won't you address that problem at all? Or any of the other problems that seem to follow you like the chains and books on Marley's Ghost in Dickens's "A Christmas Carol"?

> Again, I don't know why I bother sometimes

I can help you understand that. You don't bother to explain anything concerning the specific complaints against you.

> for those of you who continue to trade with me
> I hope you enjoy the chips as much as I do and
> wish you all happy chipping.

(Unless you're a victim of Vic's scams, in which case he wishes you all would remain quiet and let him continue to pursue his low-level con games.)

Enjoy - that is, if it ever actually gets to you.

Vic, you ought to be ashamed of yourself.
