As promised I have all 30 (not 25 ) chips that were ina frame hot glued to velvet. The freezer idea worked pretty good as the temp warmed up a little the glue was brittle and you could use a twisting motion with a very dull knife or blade that would break the glue away from the chip. There was some damage to the hot stamps. Overall I was pleased with the result. I have not tried any other cleaning and probably will not put anything else on them(chemicals) except soap if I want to clean any more. They are better than what the scan shows.
None are for sale all but 2 are new to my collection. ENJOY I hope this encourages others to look for the treasure in others trash.
