If you are talking about house/rack chips it would be difficult to put a limit on them since you can go to the tables and get them. Most of the limits discussed are on LE's where the release is controlled.

I am not sure if Wynn will have a GO chip, maybe one of the NIS guys can confirm that. In that case there may be a limit, again hard to guess the policy of a new shop.
