I have played in a lot of pool tournaments there over the years & we also ran a couple in the "Top of the Riv" where we had the ccgtcc banquet last year. I would always get a room for anywhere from a week to 10 days. Not only so I would be able to go right down to the pool action, but also the poker action!

The poker room would be full 24 hours a day for as long as the pool tournaments were going on which was up to two weeks. Since there were three major tournaments (BCA, APA & VNEA) over the course of three months that was six solid weeks of GREAT poker action. grin

Then they decided to replace the poker room with the high limit slot area. sad The last time I asked if they had any plans to re-open the room, the answer was no. That was about three weeks ago. Andy - Las Vegas
