A friend of mine showed up with 5 of these this morning which I promptly acquired. They appear to be original drawings (pencil) signed by "Lichty" who I have learned is "George Maurice Lichtenstine" (1905-1983). He created the comic strip "Grin & Bear It" back in 1932. Each comic measures 5 1/2" x 8 1/2". Each comic is signed in pencil "Lichty" with a date, one also is noted '42 after the date. Each also contains the initials JB or JTB in a circle, again in pencil. Each has the cartoon caption typed in under the picture...Any ideas on value?
