FYI:

During my last trip their (around January or so, during a snow storm where I should have stayed home) they ALREADY had crap tables in along with a poker room that has been runing for quite a while. Do not recall any roulettes though as I do not collect those. Sorry that I did not check that out. Will try to make a note to increase my survillance a bit.

But if you want roulette style chips, then go to North Dakota. They have a game called "Paddlewheel", which looks like, feels like, and might even taste like roulette, and in some cases they will SELL you the chips!

I have a couple in stock at $2.00 each plus postage, but they are NOT Native American (Indian) related.
