A few years ago I remember reading an article on The Smoking Gun website about a guy in Washington State who had the license plate STOLN1 and unfortunately some old bitty driving behind him one day didn't find that license plate funny and complaint to the State of Washington who pulled his plates without a refund only 2 weeks into having the plates and the State basically told him tuff sh*t.
