I always wondered how legal it is to sell fantasy poker chips with images of recently dead (eg's, F Sinatra, R Reagan, E Presley, J Wayne, JF Kennedy, Betty Paige, M Monroe) or live (eg's., P Hilton, G. Bush) people. Don't estates have to be paid or give approval, for example. You don't need approval to write biographies or articles about famous people (or any people?). But don't you need approval for commercial things like chip sets? ... .... ..... Does a casino need estate approval to make George Burns or Bob Hope chips, for example?
