I think the seller's former name was sylvacatsandmice. I'm not sure who Frank Sharkey was, but Sharkey Begovich was the owner of Sharkey's Casino before he died.

Maybe you're thinking of Frank as in the Frank's Museum Saloon chips (which this same seller also had in quantity)? I seem to recall his name was Rios or something like that. John Chamberlain would know for sure.
