A state sales tax is a different issue. Since you and I are in the same state, we know how aggressive OUR state is about collecting taxes on everything and on a county by county basis.

We have four different state sales tax by county levels right now, which makes keeping track a PITA for business.

Personally if they get this through both the shipping state and the receiving state are going to try to dig their hands into our pockets. I wouldn't be against a sales level being set, for example over $10,000 in sales, you are subject to state sales tax, from the state you reside. Under that it's a hobby, over that it's obviously a Business.

Better yet, no sales tax for internet sales.
