The following persons apparently receieved copies of a post sent to me from Mr. Valvo. I have no idea why they were sent posts and do not know some of the people.

For the record: Approximately two weeks ago, a complaint was lodged against Mr. Valvo. As CC>CC Claims Director I was directed to investigate it. I began the investigation with a post to Mr. Valvo asking for his response. Thereafter I have been advised that Mr. Valvo opted to resign from the Club. When I received that information I advised both Mr. Valvo and the complainant that I was terminating the inbestigation. This is what followed.

I are you treating me again? My Graduate Committee, members would never use our Alma Matter as vehicle to intimidate, and our Trusties wouldn't tolerate it. Most club members have this now, so we know you are not only a tenured faculty member, but a "tough Guy", as well. I expect to get your communications next week.
