The individual who bought the 90 25-cent Tony's Club chips ( and is now selling them on EBAY one chip at a time ) is Michael Moore . I am not sure if he is a Club Member or not . Years ago , he was a professional card player , and was later associated with the Players Club in Ventura , CA . I know that he was a member of our collector's club several years ago , because he always submitted articles to our quarterly CC & GTCC magazine . His articles were always related to California card room chips .
