Four (thin; similar to the Chinese pieces) examples turned up at a Coconut Grove antique show several years ago; one having a star engraved on the "500" side. Several of the local vendors who were from Cuba said they were pretty sure they were from Cuba. I bid low on the lot because of them being thin... no other reason; just didn't like them. One example is depicted on page 104 in Dales's book. I have no idea where they are from...
