From Alpert & Elman's "Tokens..." book. There are a few copies of this book currently on . Probably one of the best books on general exonumia ever. Well worth the $15 or so. Check out the token in the shape of a boxing glove, it's a knockout! That's a $250 token if I ever saw one!
