Because of the very stiff state tax on gambling operators in Louisiana, all games are very tight. If you are used to playing Nevada games, you won't like Harrahs New Orleans or most other LA casinos. 21 rules are worse than Reno. Very few video poker games worth playing. Who knows what the slot hold is, but my guess is one of the highest. Note that there is LA state tax withheld on YOUR winnings as well, if you win enough to get a W2g. The governor is making noises about increasing the tax on casinos by 1/3, so it can only get worse.
