Although they may be different issues for other reasons, I disagree about the tree being the reason.

When I look at the tree, I see that the brown color is mis-aligned with the black outline of the tree on the left-hand chip. This is also true of the brown coloring of the eagle. This is often called being mis-registered or the register is bad.

Of course my focus went to a register problem, but you may be referring to something else?
