David....Question...Say I buy $75 worth of chips
from you...I pay you without insurance and you
ship these chips...The chips get swiped in the
mail and of course I dont recieve them...Now, would you send me my money back or send me another set of the same chips?? (on the assumption we dont know each other!)......
