Robert, I have been out of the business for a

while, but I can take a guess. Because Maris was a rookie in 58 and would most likely be on any team ball after that, I would probably date it mid 50's, (54-57) If the autographs are authentic and not machine stamps, I would say the ball would sell somewhere in the $400-$500 range. Even a stamped ball may bring $100-$200 depending on how its sold. A lot of money is paid for the Mantle auto, although I am not really sure why as he signed a LOT of stuff. A really nice guy whom I met in Houston when he and Billy Martin were at the grand opening of a museum here in 1974.

By the way, being born in Brooklyn, I always have been and always will be a Yankees fan, even though I now root for the Astros as well.
