Yes, $6 does seem a tad high for shipping, but of course you have to consider the high cost of bubble mailers, ebay listing fees, ebay final value fees, PayPal fees, The high cost of gas to take it to the post office (I'm sure you've noticed that slight increase at the pump), time to package the item, time to ship the item, inventory carrying costs, acquisition costs, depreciation on the computer and scanner, electricity to run the equipment, etc. What's a poor ebay seller to do? These costs must be borne by someone... Of course I myself just charge $1 combined shipping no matter how many items are shipped and no matter where they are going.. It certainly makes the math easier, and customers appreciate reasonable shipping.

Actually, I think I bought a chip from this seller a while back.. and as I remember I did receive excellent customer service.
