We did a KY Derby chip that year also, that said KY Derby.
Trop did a "Super Bowl" in 1999 and got away with it.
Nugget in Laughlin got caught before their "Super Bowl" was release, I think it was 2000.

Circus got nailed with a cease and desist in 2003 after the release. They had to pull the chips and pay the NFL.

NFL will not license for a casino chip.
The Palms gets to use KY Derby, Preakness, Belmont, and Triple Crown on our horse series because we buy the rights to the horse from the owner and are allowed to you factual information.
