When my brother decided to sell his house he called the realtor at 10:00 AM on Saturday to list it.
The realtor said she had a couple looking for something like that in his area, and asked if she could bring them out that morning.
The looked at the house at 11:30 AM and left.
At 11:55 AM the realtor called to say the couple had put down a deposite.
SOLD, in 1 hour, fifty-five minutes!
