I also got the email and since I know the guy who won the auction I was sure that it is a scam. I emailed the
guy back and offered alot of money for the chips...was
playing along with the scam. He accepted my offer
and asked for my name and address. After he got that, he emailed me an ebay transaction form detailing our
completed transaction. Need to send Western Union
wire of funds to England. I don't have to worry, the guy has $20,000 on account with ebay. If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you.

The form looks very official....amazing what you can do with a computer.
