The chip was a gift (1992) from a very well-known person in the casino business in Estoril. The person said it was from Club Atlantico... and said it was a private club that catered to the British in 1920s. Do you know of another example; denomination? The piece is hand engraved; thin composition... and had a white ring border at one time.

I've had a few more gifts (duplicates) from that person in Estoril thru the years... and some of those gifts now rest in your wonderful collection.
