You're charging more for postage on this one chip ($2) than it cost you to send me a total of nine chips ($1.29), although you gouged me for $16.65 for sending those nine chips.

How much would it cost someone who wanted you to pick up nine "Club 52" chips and send them out? Would you actually charge $18.00 for postage for what can be sent for $1.29? If not, then why do you refuse to give me a refund on the $12 or $13 you gouged me?
