Went down to the 'shoe tonight to buy up some chips. The cashier was very helpful and sold me numerous chips that were about to be pulled. They were all in brand new condition I was told. I checked the edges and they were sharp as could be so I was pretty happy.

I got home and laid them out on my desk. Quite a few of the Moneymaker & Farha chips have been de-faced, it appears intentionally. It looks like someone took a hard object and ran it over the inlay one to three times. Bummer! Looks like I'll be cashing them in when I buy the new issues. I'm not pointing fingers, but all of the Johnston chips appear to be okay!

Did anyone else have this problem?
