The bottom pic is of a chip/coin that looks like the chipco chip above it. It is smaller then a regular chip and it is metal. The metal chip also does not have the $ next to the 1 and "one dollar" is spelled out on the chip. Under the words "collectors series" there are the letters CIL, hard to see in pic. So can you telll me what I got here and what its value is? All help is appreciated.
