In most cases of old casinos, we really don't know the order chips were used. However, JamesC makes some pretty good guesses in his chip book and that's what most people are referring to when they mention the sequence of use of chips. James doesn't use chip catalog numbers as TCB does, and the issue number is what makes each particular casino's chip unique.

Regarding the Castaways, I don't think anyone knows whether your chip is original (issued during the years of casino use) or a remake after they closed. They are nice, oversize high denomination chips though, and I have them as part of my "big chip" collection.
