I had a similar problem with Harrah's, which they refused to sort out unless I was there in person.

IP is the only one that sends me anything and also the only one that gave me a card indicating how the comp money is calculated.

Only thing I had from the Palms was a notice warning me any points would expire if I didnt use my card in a certain period (12, or maybe 18 months). I rarely gamble there so its not an issue anyway. I understand how the comping works in the poker room as you are booked 'in and out'. Never figured out the rest.
