Tallin, is just south of Russia on the Baltic. The city is very clean and progressive. Much better than Russia, cleaner more tourist, and new building going on all over. They have a bunch of casinos, some old some newer. The Olympic casino is the nicest. However no dice at any of em. Friendly people running the casinos, as opposed to the tough guy's in Russia.
