I'm looking to ID the following chip:

A reddish chip that has a gold "LPJ" hot stamp inside a circle with "NAVADA" in two locations outside of the circle and a pair of dice showing 7 and four aces. Both sides are identical.

Can anyone help with the ID and possible value?
