() For whatever it's worth...
checked the 1952 Las Vegas phone book, and the Las Vegas listings in the 1945 & 1950 state phone books... all show the address as 1804, and the phone number as 1633. 
then checked a 1945 business directory, it lists the phone number as 1633, but the address as 1808...typo, I suppose?
