To start with, Collecting Fun basic monthly fees are only at two levels: Silver ($10/month) and Gold ($20/month). If you will kindly read the Sellers page, you will note the details and the limits for these fees. In any case, during a non-promotional period, whether you have items for sale or not, as long as you are within these limits, you are charged only the monthly fees. Above limit fees are at a lower rate as you will observe. By not listing items for sale, you would not be putting your fees to good use.

You registered as a seller on 1/4/2004, and your absolutely free promotion was good till 2/4/2005. However, since you did not have any activity, we gave you the benefit of the doubt and gave you the second month reserved for non-chip sellers. This promotion expires on 3/4/2005. Since we are invoicing ahead for each month (and we did not invoice for the relevant part of March), what you see is the March and April fees.

In addition to the above, I personally contacted you by email on 1/22/2005 to see why you were not taking advantage of the promotional period, and whether there was anything we could do. I received no reply.

Having said all that, since your promotional period expires today, you are welcome to simply ask that your account be closed. You will not owe us a penny, and we will thank you for giving Collecting Fun a try. Even if you were late by a few days in letting us know this, we would not ask you to pay a pro-rated fee. However, if you are interested in remaining with Collecting Fun, please note that we do not charge on a per item basis, and cannot differentiate between the seller who lists only one item and another seller who lists none.
