The Chip Rack lists Casino Career Institute as a Las Vegas operation. I came across this document on the WWW recently that indicates there was a school in Illinois by this name. There might have been an operation in LV as well, but at least some of the Paul-son CCI chips we see today came from operations outside Nevada.

The letter from the IL Attorney General's office also provides some interesting background on how things work in the "other states" when you are trying to get a license to operate a casino. Kind of sounds like Nevada in the 50's and 60's!
