Of course, I'm uncredited for this... (3 letters to the stamp advisory committee and millions of emails later, they acquiesced). Go to USPS.com and you will find all available denominations online for purchase!
You guys should also be aware that old mint stamps usually sell at 75-94% face...from the reputable stamp dealers...Henry Gitner on Long Island being one of them.
STILL CANT FIND THOSE DUMB 106-a labels on the site though
