Interesting Facts About Bally's 25th Anniv Chip

I was in Atlantic City all day on Friday and for the most part I gambled primarily at Bally's and when I went to the casino cage to purchase some $5 25th Anniversary chips I found that the ones they had in the cage were all still uncirculated and ALL in numeric order. I purchased chips numbered 1,797, through 1,800 which means out of the original 2,500 manufactured at the time of my purchase that meant there were 700 numerically sequenced chips still in the cage (Presumably chips numbered 1,801 to 2,500).

In regards to John Minges' original post about this chip he said " A little bit of a hassle to get." Actually John I didn't have any problem at all but of course I should I point out that at the time I went to the cage it was a little after 10am and the casino wasn't very active yet (Most of the tables were still closed) so in the future if you need to buy chips from the cage you should do it sometime in the early part of the morning when the casino is slow because the cage personnel are very willing to help you and are very attentive.
