In my case all chips are by the same manufacturer (USPC). However you do show 2 different blues. USPC most definitely made 2 different blues (as well as a red and pink). I just feel that the lt blue isn't quite light enough and the pink isn't quite pink enough. I've seen faded reds and blues. I'm just not sure.

Note a small scaping on the lt blue and pink settle all doubts.
