As I suggested in the article, I believe some chips were remanufactured with different shaped inlays, but identical in other respects.

We will probably never know if this was an error, deliberate, or no one noticed or cared. Thats why I believe a genuine Eddies $100 would have had a different shaped inlay - hence my comments.

You will appreciate that in some cases it was impossible to say more as no one has owned up to having or seeing anything different.
