Re: Response from the "Chip Police" ..

Dear mrnjchips,

You asked:
"Your description is very misleading. These identical chips were being offered for sale at a vendor's table for $1 each just outside the ballroom where the WSOP satellite tournament was being held in Atlantic City."

MRNJ - THANKS FOR XTRA INFO... I THINK THESE ARE THOSE CHIPS. AN EBAYER I DO BUSINESS WITH FROM TIME TO TIME TOLD ME THEY WERE AT ATLANTIC CITY AND THEN SUDDENLY THEY WEREN'T. DON'T THINK YOU CAN FIND THESE HARDLY ANYWHERE ELSE, MAKING THEM RARER THAN I THOUGHT. THE BEAUTY OF EBAY IS ITEMS FIND THEIR REAL VALUE THROUGH AUCTIONS. I BELIEVE HARRAH'S PULLED THEM AND WILL UNLIKELY MAKE THEM AVAILABLE AGAIN IF THEY ARE TOO CLOSE IN APPEARANCE TO THEIR NEW 2005 TOURNAMENT CHIPS. IF THAT IS THE CASE, THIS VERY LIMITED RUN OF 'OUTLAW CHIPS' ARE EVEN MORE VALUABLE. THANKS, JON
