I know I've been noticeably absent from the Chip Board lately, and I appreciate all the emails from each of you checking on me.
2 years ago I found a great hobby and made many new friends. I slipped WAY down that slippery slope that we all know about. In addition to spending more money than I should have (sheepish grin), I built a business around the hobby which required a lot of energy to operate. Unfortunately, priorities have changed in my life, and I'm unable to continue to dedicate that energy (and money).
As a result, I've handed 2Chippers.com off to my good friend Tyrus Mulkey who is combining it with his other chip sites to make something even grander than the sum of its parts.
I have not sold all my chips, nor am I giving up the hobby - just slowing down and putting it back in perspective. You could say I'm turning it back into a hobby for me instead of a business. That way I'll have more time and energy to be a collector. It's more fun that way.
