I wouldn't think a complete set includes the autographs. I am not sure why they were assigned different numbers since I presume many of them (a few non-withstanding like Ungar) could potentially be autographed and not all of the chips have different numbers. I'd personally like to see the TCR team retire the number for the autographed one for consistency.

I guess technically it could be autographed by anyone, so if you need to complete the set as per TCR - just take an extra and autograph it.
