Joe.. I see nothing wrong with any club member outfitting a table at our convention with manufacturer's samples, brochures and sales kits displaying their products and even answering questions. The effort in doing such is minimal. I've exhibited manufacturer's samples and brochures at our convention... and in the past others have published full manufacturer's catalogs on their websites and in our club magazine. I seriously doubt our club would prohibit anyone from exhibiting such samples on an educational level.

The plaque seen below (Grand Cercle Aix-les-Bains) carries both a mild cancellation file mark and a revaluation mark.
