The following statements are not my opinions but what I got from listening to ebay . I have been very satisfied so far with ebay both as a seller and a buyer.

They can't regulate shipping and handling fees such as 10 dollar fees for a one dollar item but they will work on making the shipping and handling fees more visible to the buyer .

They are going to work on the feedback and how it works.

Ebay justifies increases and feels they are the best deal on the market for buyer traffic and encourage you to try other markets but they feel you will be disappointed .

Someone asked if why there is not a power buyer symbol and they liked that idea . We may see one soon.

They discussed spamming and listing violations and are working on ways to solve that problem .

There were more questions but not important to me so I didn't pay much attention and walked away a few times .
